BEER FERMENTATION TANK: Conical tank for fermentation of wort, maturation and sedimentation of beer. With built-in carbonation fitting, it can be used like bright beer tank. Beside standard version at 2.5 bar, there are models for atmospheric fermentation, or models at 3 bar pressure. Interior surface of the tank is polished on Ra²0.8µm, what provides effective cleaning and complete tank sanitation. Tank is equipped with safety and vacuum valves for maximum security during usage. It is equipped with big cooling jacket surface on coat and bottom, with possibility of separate on/off switching. Polyurethane foam insulation with the different kinds of thermoregulation ensures perfect temperature control during fermentation and brightening.
